I commenced my primary education in Sargodha, a city in Punjab, Pakistan. During my sixth-grade year at Progressive Public School, two martial arts instructors introduced classes to our school, prompting numerous students, myself included, to enroll. Despite my academic struggles, I harbored a keen interest in various sports, including soccer, table tennis, badminton, and martial arts. Thus, I opted to join the Taekwondo program at my school.
While many of my peers eventually abandoned martial arts, I persisted, albeit facing familial opposition initially. However, with the support of my aunt, I pursued martial arts alongside my formal education. Despite my efforts to excel academically, navigating Pakistan's intricate examination system proved challenging. Nevertheless, my passion for Islamic studies persisted, alongside a diverse array of subjects ranging from Arabic and English literature to mathematics, agriculture, and social sciences.
Upon reaching grades nine and ten, I encountered a more specialized curriculum, with a focus on science, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, and computer science. Following my tenth-grade completion, I enrolled at Punjab College Sargodha campus, initially pursuing an Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) program. However, grappling with the complexities of mathematics led me to discontinue this path after a brief period.
Subsequently, I completed grades eleven and twelve, opting for arts subjects, including sociology, education, and Punjabi literature. Concurrently, my dedication to martial arts persisted, as I delved into the historical background of various martial arts disciplines, studying texts on Shaolin Kungfu, Karate, and Mongolian fighting methods. Immersing myself in martial arts literature and cinema, including works by Bruce Lee, supplemented my practical training.
During this period, I also ventured into boxing, engaging in practice sessions at Government College Sargodha, and eventually transitioning to bodybuilding before embarking on a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Attaining a black belt in martial arts marked a significant milestone before I temporarily set aside martial arts to focus on further studies.
My academic pursuits encompassed an exploration of Urdu and Punjabi literature, delving into the works of renowned authors and poets, alongside legal studies and a brief stint in graphic designing. Subsequently, I pursued formal art education at Hunerkada College of Visual and Performing Arts in Lahore, specializing in oil painting while studying art history and anthropology.
For my final thesis, I delved into unconventional theories beyond the college curriculum, exploring religious narratives, and theories on the origins of human life. This marked the beginning of an extensive study into the histories and teachings of various religions, including Hinduism, Jainism, Christianity, Judaism, and Buddhism, guided by the Quranic principle of acknowledging all prophets of God.
My pursuit of knowledge extended to studying sacred texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the teachings of Buddha, driven by a desire to understand the interconnectedness of religious traditions and their foundational principles. Embracing the Quran's directive to recognize the lineage of prophets from Adam PBUH onwards, I embarked on a journey of enlightenment, seeking to comprehend the rich tapestry of human spirituality and faith traditions.
